Hickok & Boardman

Kait joined Hickok & Boardman in July 2023. She has over 12 years of progressive experience in Human Resources working to support HR information systems, payroll, benefits, compensation, and labor and employee relations initiatives. Most recently, as the Director of HRIS & Operations at the University of Vermont, Kait was a strategic partner in the oversight of processes and HR systems while leading the HR Service Center and New Employee Onboarding teams. Kait brings project management experience and the ability to analyze and report on data to drive decision making on HR practices. Kait has demonstrated excellence in creating efficiencies and implementing HR best practice to support an organization’s most significant asset – it’s workforce.

Kait has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Vermont and maintains Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and the Society of Human Resource Management – Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification. She is currently pursuing her master’s degree at Champlain College in Human Relations and Organization Development. Kait lives in Monkton, Vermont with her husband, son and daughter.
