This seminar will review the annual Hickok & Boardman Employee Benefits Survey. We will present the results of the survey and discuss benchmark benefits offered by Vermont based employers. What are today’s average plan designs? How much do employees pay for their benefits? This information allows you to compare to your competitors and learn benefits levels that help to retain and attract talented employees.
At the end of this seminar participants will be able to:
- Compare their current benefits to the market.
- Understand the level of benefits and cost Vermont employers are providing their employees.
- Evaluate how to attract talented employees through benefits/total compensation.
