Rachel Ward
Client Manager
Rachel joined Hickok & Boardman HR Intelligence as a Client Manager in October, 2022. In her new role with our organization, Rachel works within our Small Group Division. She works closely with members of her team, ranging from Executives, Sr. Client Managers, and Account Leads, by providing direct support to our valued clients, assisting them with all their benefit needs.
Rachel is now residing in Upstate New York, working remotely, after living in New Hampshire for the past 20 years. She’s a mother of two, and in her free-time, she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking with her dog, Joe, taking trips to the ocean, watercolor painting, and volunteering with the Best Buddies Program.
