Drenna Jones joined Hickok & Boardman Retirement Solutions bringing 9 years of experience as a Sr. Conversion Project Manager for a record-keeping and third party administration firm. Drenna has extensive knowledge of ERISA, plan documents, payroll interfaces, recordkeeping costs and administration.
This allows her to assist our clients with many of their common recordkeeping or administration related concerns. Drenna is intimately involved with client Request for Proposals and oversees all conversion related projects along with new client implementations. Drenna has served the financial services industry since 1997.
