Hickok & Boardman HR Intelligence Announces the Hiring of Steve May

Hickok & Boardman HR Intelligence is pleased to announce its recent hire of Steve May as Senior Account Executive.   May will be responsible for working with the firm’s largest clients on their talent management and benefits strategy.

May comes to Hickok & Boardman with over 27 years of experience in the healthcare market with large employers.  Prior to joining Hickock & Boardman, Steve worked for The Segal Company where he led the East Region Public Sector Health Practice.  More recently, he worked for Milliman as the lead consultant for large employer groups.  Steve has worked closely with the states of Connecticut, Vermont and New Hampshire.  He has been the health care benefits consultant for the State of Vermont for nearly 20 years.

Steve is an active member of the Government Finance Officers Association and Public Employer Labor Relations Association.  He has spoken frequently at local and national conferences regarding the Medicare Modernization Act, prescription drugs, and controlling health benefits costs.

Steve is a graduate of Bryant University and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in business with a concentration in finance.
