Jeff Marble, LUTCF joined Hickok & Boardman HR Intelligence in February 2023. Jeff has thirty-seven years of group benefits experience as a client advisor and broker in the Vermont and New Hampshire marketplace. He began his career as a broker with MONY Financial Services, then benefits consultant to Vermont Retail Association and finally Comprehensive Benefits Administrator (CBA) where he immersed himself into the self-insurance world gaining knowledge of risk assessment, cost efficiencies, ERISA and DOL rules and regulation, and advanced claim management. Jeff’s current work includes employee communications, HR systems design, managing advanced market RFQs, budget forecasting, union benefits implementation, funding arrangement analysis, strategic plan design, boards, and leadership presentations, and more… At Hickok & Boardman HR Intelligence, Jeff works as a Client Advisor to current clients and onboards new clients providing solutions and problem-solving support in all areas of employee benefits. He provides training to new employees entering the benefits world and supports benefit systems used by the general staff.

Jeff was born in Stonington Connecticut and lives in Charlotte Vermont with his wife Michelle and her daughters, his three sons having grown and are succeeding out in the world. He attended the American College of Insurance and Financial Services in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, The University of Vermont Business School, in Burlington Vermont, and Lyndon State College in Lyndonville Vermont.
