Maribeth joined Hickok & Boardman HR Intelligence in 2016, and serves as our Managing Director, responsible for ongoing business operations across the organization and the alignment of organizational policies with strategic objectives. Maribeth directly serves clients in meeting their workforce engagement needs; working with employers at every stage of the employee life cycle to attract, motivate, develop and retain engaged employees who will be productive in working to assist an organization in reaching its strategic objectives and operational goals.

Maribeth is a leader with over 20 years of experience in the employment and personnel fields, serving most recently as the Commissioner of the Department of Human Resources for the State of Vermont. As Commissioner, Maribeth was responsible for providing the full range of HR services to a workforce of over 8,000 employees, to include benefits and wellness, payroll, compliance, labor relations, investigations, classification, compensation, and talent management. Maribeth has a Master of Laws degree from the University of Notre Dame and a Juris Doctor from the Catholic University of America.
